Yes. Every project leads with its RERA detail on record, and inventory is published only by builders and channel partners we have onboarded and verified. We hold every listing to a single verified standard, with real photography and no stale duplicates - so what you see is genuinely on the market.
Is Property Scroll free for buyers and investors?
Yes. Discovering homes, saving them, comparing them and sending an enquiry are all free for buyers and investors. You never pay to browse verified inventory or to reach the seller behind a listing.
What happens after I send an enquiry - who contacts me?
Your enquiry reaches the verified builder or channel partner behind that listing directly, so the conversation starts with the person who actually knows the project. There is no call-centre queue and no cold reselling of your details - you share only what you choose, when you choose.
Which cities and regions does Property Scroll cover?

How is my personal data handled - will I get spam calls?
No spam, ever. We do not sell your details or hand them to a wall of brokers. An enquiry is shared only with the verified seller for the specific listing you asked about, so you can decide who to speak with and when.

Both. Property Scroll is built for builders listing their own projects and for channel partners representing quality inventory. You register as a builder or a channel partner, verify your credentials, and start listing once onboarded.
How do I list my property or project?
Head to List with us and register as a builder or channel partner. Onboarding is guided and takes minutes: verify your credentials, then add your projects and units with RERA detail and real photography. We present each listing to a single editorial standard buyers already trust.
How do buyer leads reach me, and how are they qualified?
Verified enquiries land in your dashboard in real time. Our lead-intelligence layer reads budget, timeline and engagement signals, then scores every enquiry on intent - so your team can call the warm ones first instead of working a cold spreadsheet.
What does it cost to list, and how does presentation work?
Buyers browse for free; for builders and channel partners we onboard your account and set up listing terms during onboarding. Every project is presented editorially - real photography, RERA-first detail and considered typography - never a saturated CGI grid.
How do you keep listings trustworthy and prevent duplicates?
Only verified builders and channel partners can publish, and each listing carries its regulatory detail up front. That single verified standard is what keeps duplicates, phantom units and stale prices off the platform - and it is why buyers trust the inventory they see.
